The Avenues Centre strives to provide a safe and peaceful shopping and recreational environment for both the ever-increasing local Midlands community as well as our visitors from further afield.
With spacious and secure parking, wide covered walkways and indigenous landscaping, The Avenues Centre provides a breath of fresh air.
We offer a full variety of both essential and luxury retail offerings, with numerous high quality food and coffee destinations in addition to a world-class fitness facility and a broad network of running and MTB trails adjacent to the Centre.
The adjacent residential Avenues Estate adds to the appeal and will continue to provide a strong drawcard to our loyal and ever increasing family of regular visitors.
The Avenues Centre is owned by JT Ross, 125-year-old, family-owned property development company with strong ties to Hilton and the surrounding schools.
